Langley family searches for missing French bulldog after suspicious encounter

A family in Murrayville, Langley, is searching for Bowdie, a four-year-old French bulldog that went missing on September 5. The dog disappeared while owner Sarah Cronin was washing her car.

Following the disappearance, Cronin reported a suspicious encounter with individuals claiming to have found the pet. After receiving a text message suggesting a meeting at a local church, Cronin was asked to send money via text message as a reward before the reunion could take place. The suspicious nature of the request led the owner to believe the dog may have been stolen.
