Lani Pallister targets Pan Pacific Championships

Australian swimmer Lani Pallister is preparing to compete in the Pan Pacific Championships in Irvine, California. Following a successful Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, where she won four gold medals in the 400m, 800m, and 1500m freestyle, as well as a 4x200m freestyle relay, Pallister aims to challenge the world's top competitors.
