Lanús hosts 8th edition of Parlamento Bonaerense for youth

Various regional initiatives in Argentina are focusing on youth engagement through civic, educational, and cultural programs.

In Lanús, the Honorable Concejo Deliberante hosted the 8th edition of the Parlamento Bonaerense. Students from ten local institutions participated in legislative simulations, debating and presenting projects on community issues such as inclusion, human rights, and digital coexistence.

In Villa María and Santa Fe, activities are being organized to commemorate the 50th anniversary of ‘La Noche de los Lápices’. These events include film screenings, historical debates, and intergenerational dialogues between students and older adults to reflect on democracy and memory.

Additionally, Río Grande has launched its ‘Month of Youth’ in September, featuring an academic expo and a schedule of cultural, sporting, and entertainment activities designed to provide tools for students' future educational and professional paths.
