Lao Bao border guards deliver meals to flood victims in Quang Tri

Border guard officers from the Lao Bao International Border Gate station in Quang Tri province provided emergency food assistance to residents affected by severe flooding. On the night of September 13, personnel prepared and distributed 500 hot meals and drinking water to communities along the Se Pon River.

Due to high water levels and isolated residential areas in Vinh Dong, Trieu Phuoc, Trieu Thanh, and Trieu Long, the meals were transported via small boats. The initiative was organized in coordination with the Lao Bao Commune People's Committee using socialized funding to support residents who were unable to cook for themselves during the flood.
