Laravel 11 introduces slim application skeleton and streamlined configuration

Laravel 11 introduces a more minimalistic application skeleton designed to streamline the development process. The most significant change involves a slimmer folder structure where routes, middleware, and exceptions are now registered within the bootstrap/app.php file rather than in separate dedicated directories.

Additionally, several configuration files have been removed from the default installation to reduce clutter, including broadcasting, CORS, hashing, sanctum, and view configurations. Developers can still access these settings by manually publishing them using the artisan command.
