L’Archer opens new representative office in Gabon
Congolese financial group L’Archer has opened a representative office in Libreville, Gabon, to expand its presence within the Central African Economic and Monetary Community (CEMAC). The group aims to mobilize capital for governments, businesses, and investors throughout the region.
Since beginning operations in Gabon in January 2026, L’Archer has participated in more than five transactions involving both public and private sector clients. The new office will support the group’s two primary subsidiaries: L’Archer Securities, which handles financial intermediation, and L’Archer Asset Management, which focuses on portfolio management and investment advisory.
Rose Ogouebanja has been appointed to lead the new Gabon office. She brings nearly a decade of international finance experience, having previously held positions at General Electric, BNP Paribas, and HSBC, and has served as an advisor to Gabonese ministerial cabinets.
