Larian Studios was streaming a Dark Urge playthrough of its role‑playing game Baldur’s Gate 3 when a sexual encounter with the succubus Haarlep triggered platform moderation. The live broadcast was removed from both YouTube and TikTok for violating policies on body exposure and sexualized behavior, leaving the stream to continue only on Twitch. Senior Communications Director Aoife Wilson, who was hosting the session, joked about the ban, and the studio later posted a tongue‑in‑cheek message on X noting the removal. The incident follows earlier instances where Larian’s provocative in‑game scenes prompted similar content restrictions on social platforms. Despite the takedown, the weekly streams are scheduled to resume, with the next episode slated for August 12.
