Larissa and Nikaia host Panhellenic Tennis Championship

The 5th Panhellenic Tennis Championship E1 2026 has commenced in Larissa and Nikaia with qualifying matches held on Friday, October 16. The tournament features approximately 340 athletes from across Greece competing in the 12, 14, 16, and 18 age categories.

Organized by the Hellenic Tennis Federation (EFOA), the event includes top-ranked national athletes. The main draw for singles and doubles is scheduled to begin on Saturday, October 17, with finals concluding on Tuesday, October 20. Matches are hosted at the facilities of A.S. Antisfairisi kai Zoi, O.A. Phoebos Larissa, and O.A. Nikaia Larissa.

The event is expected to impact the local economy, with an estimated 1,000 participants, including athletes, coaches, and families, visiting the region. The tournament is supported by the municipalities of Larissa and Kileler.
