Larissa Manoela debuts in Rio theater production

Actress Larissa Manoela has debuted in the play ‘Descalços no Parque’ at the Teatro Clara Nunes in Rio de Janeiro. The production is a Brazilian adaptation of a classic comedy by Neil Simon, reimagining the setting in the Catete neighborhood of Rio during the 1960s instead of New York.

Directed by Guilherme Weber, the play features Manoela as Lara, a young woman navigating the first crisis of her marriage to the methodical Edu, played by her husband, actor André Luiz Frambach. The performance has been noted for its vulnerability and humor, marking a transition for Manoela from her previous roles as a child star on television to the live stage.

Following the VIP premiere, Manoela’s physical transformation and muscular physique gained significant attention on social media. Her husband, Frambach, publicly praised her appearance in the comments of her posts, contributing to the viral interest in her fitness results alongside the theatrical debut.
