Las Coloradas Community Sports Center reaches 20 percent completion

Construction of the Las Coloradas Community Sports Center (CDC) has reached 20 percent completion. Managed by the Ministry of Infrastructure, the project involves an investment of over 4.582 billion pesos.

The facility will span more than 1,280 square meters and is designed to host sports, cultural, and community activities. The building will have a capacity for 400 people and includes a multi-purpose hall, flexible rooms, a kitchen, and administrative areas.

Exterior features will include an equipped sports court, play areas, parking, and retractable stands. The design specifically accounts for local climate and topography to optimize solar orientation and minimize wind impact.
