Las Gallas UAA to debut in Copa ABE on August 13

The Las Gallas basketball team from the Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes (UAA) is set to debut in the Copa ABE on August 13 in Teziutlán, Puebla. The team, led by Luis Aranda, will face the host team, Jaguares UAMP, in their opening match.

This tournament serves as preparation for the 2026-2027 ABE League season and the team's upcoming commitments in the Bajío-Occidente Conference of Division II. Following their debut, the Gallas are scheduled to play the Universidad Autónoma de Guerrero on August 14 and Anáhuac Campus Xalapa on August 15.
