Las Rozas Village to undergo 106 million euro luxury expansion
Value Retail has announced a major expansion of Las Rozas Village, a luxury outlet located northwest of Madrid. The project involves an investment of 106 million euros to increase the complex's footprint by more than 21,000 square meters, representing a 32% increase in buildable area.
The expansion will introduce 29 new boutiques from exclusive brands and enhance the premium service area known as ‘The Apartment’. New amenities include eight personal shopping suites and a hands-free shopping service that allows visitors to store purchases while they continue to browse. To improve accessibility, the project will add 1,048 underground parking spaces, bringing the total capacity to 2,398.
The construction will be carried out in two phases. The first phase, expected to conclude by September 2028, will include the new boutiques and a portion of the parking. The second phase, scheduled for completion by November 2029, will finalize the parking infrastructure. The project is expected to generate approximately 350 new jobs, adding to the existing workforce of nearly 1,400 professionals.
