Las Termas de Río Hondo hosts Mundial de Folklore FIFAS 2026

The Mundial de Folklore FIFAS 2026 has concluded in Las Termas de Río Hondo, Argentina. Organized by the Ashpa Sumaj Folk Dance Company, the international event brought together delegations from Argentina's 23 provinces and various countries across all continents.

The festival featured musical and dance performances at several venues, including the Homero Manzi Hall at the General San Martín Cultural Center, as well as the Kori Killa and ‘Nene’ Varela stages in Plaza San Martín. The event included a colorful parade of national and international delegations through the city center, aimed at celebrating cultural identity and positioning the city as a global destination for folklore and tradition.
