Las Termas de Río Hondo inaugurates new bus terminal

Governor Elías Suárez, accompanied by Senator Gerardo Zamora and other provincial authorities, inaugurated the new bus terminal in Las Termas de Río Hondo, Santiago del Estero. The facility is designed to manage increasing tourist traffic and improve regional transportation infrastructure.

The complex features a central hall, ticket offices, commercial spaces, and gastronomic areas. The infrastructure includes 12 platforms for buses, a climate-controlled hall, and a covered parking area for 25 vehicles. The project aims to organize passenger transport more efficiently at a strategic entry point to the city.

During the ceremony, officials also announced a package of public works for the region, including planned and ongoing infrastructure projects for educational, sporting, and housing sectors in various local areas.
