Las Vegas Aces sign center Kalani Brown

The Las Vegas Aces have signed 6’7 center Kalani Brown to bolster their roster following a season-ending leg injury to forward NaLyssa Smith. Brown, who has six years of league experience, previously played for the Aces in 2022 before moving through teams including the Atlanta Dream, Dallas Wings, and Phoenix Mercury.

Aces head coach Becky Hammon expressed enthusiasm regarding the signing, stating that Brown felt as though she was ‘always kind of been destined to be an Ace.’ Brown noted that returning to Las Vegas feels like a homecoming, citing her familiarity with the city’s energetic fanbase from her time playing in Athletes Unlimited.
