Las Vegas man accused of killing girlfriend and two children

Juan Orona, 29, allegedly killed his girlfriend, Nohani Flores-Osuna, and her two children, 16-year-old Maiya and a kindergartner named Noah, in a shooting at a West Las Vegas apartment complex.

According to arrest reports, Orona confronted Flores-Osuna after spotting her vehicle near an ex-boyfriend’s car. He told police that Flores-Osuna admitted to being unfaithful before the incident. Orona claimed he experienced a ‘blackout’ and later found himself holding a 9mm Glock handgun near the three victims, who were found dead on the floor.

Orona turned himself in to authorities on Tuesday with a gunshot wound to his abdomen and was taken to Sunrise Hospital for treatment. While he did not deny the shooting, he told officers he could not remember the specific details of the event or the order in which the victims were shot.
