Las Vegas Raiders face roster depth and offensive efficiency challenges

The Las Vegas Raiders are facing roster challenges despite a strong 3-0 start to the season. A primary concern is the lack of depth at wide receiver, as only one of the team’s top four receivers is a wide receiver, and Jack Bech is currently on injured reserve with a broken forearm.

While there has been speculation regarding a potential trade for Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr., reports indicate the Cardinals are not interested in moving the former first-round pick. Although some league observers believe Harrison may not be a primary fit in the Arizona offense, the Cardinals have shown no indication of being eager to trade him.

On the field, the Raiders' offense has shown significant improvement under head coach Klint Kubiak and offensive coordinator Andrew Janocko, ranking near the top of the league in points per game. However, the unit continues to struggle with red zone efficiency, a lack of a consistent ground game, and injuries. These issues will be critical as the team prepares to face the Kansas City Chiefs.
