Las Vegas restaurants earn 24 honors in inaugural MICHELIN Guide Southwest

The inaugural MICHELIN Guide Southwest ceremony was held in Las Vegas, where restaurants across Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah received various culinary distinctions. In total, 24 honors were awarded in the new regional selection.

MGM Resorts emerged as a leading recipient, with six of its restaurants recognized. The company earned four MICHELIN Stars across three venues: Joël Robuchon at the MGM Grand received the Southwest region’s only Two MICHELIN Star rating, while L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon and é by José Andrés each earned One MICHELIN Star. Additionally, China Poblano by José Andrés was awarded a Bib Gourmand, and Gymkhana at ARIA and Michael Mina Bellagio were named MICHELIN Selected.

Sean Christopher, the General Manager of Joël Robuchon, was honored with the 2026 MICHELIN Service Award.
