Lasanha Day recipes featured by Kikkoman and Isabela in Brazil and Canada

July 29 is celebrated as Lasanha Day, an informal holiday that began in the United States and has spread to Brazil and other countries. To mark the occasion, food brands released new recipes. Kikkoman shared a lasagna‑roll dish that combines ground beef, soy sauce, barbecue sauce and tomato, finished with mozzarella and parmesan before baking. The Brazilian brand Isabela, part of M. Dias Branco, offered two quick‑prep versions: a Lasanha de Porpetinhas with meatball‑style meatballs, mozzarella, requeijão and tomato sauce, and a Lasanha Parisiense featuring a white sauce, ham, peas and cheese, prepared in the microwave. Both campaigns highlight the dish’s popularity for family gatherings and its versatile adaptations across regions.
