Last Chance Motel horror film sets October 6 release date

The horror film ‘Last Chance Motel’, directed by Danielle Harris and Scout Taylor-Compton, has released its first trailer and announced a digital release date of October 6.

Set in a secluded Nevada desert motel, the psychological slasher follows a newlywed couple who discover that the family operating the venue harbors murderous intentions. The film features an ensemble of horror veterans, including Heather Langenkamp, Shane West, Monica Keena, Sierra McCormick, and Robert Allen Mukes.

Developed by Taylor-Compton, the project aims to serve as a character-driven throwback to classic slasher films, utilizing practical effects and neon lighting. The directors noted that the film is designed to meet audience demand for visceral, mean-spirited horror stories that do not apologize for the genre.
