Last-mile delivery robot market projected to reach $1.33 billion by 2026

The global market for last-mile delivery robots is projected to reach approximately $1.33 billion by the end of 2026, according to estimates from Mordor Intelligence. This represents an increase from a projected $1.11 billion in 2025.

Driven by e-commerce growth, demands for faster delivery, and labor shortages, the sector is seeing increased investment in autonomous electric vehicles. These robots utilize sensors, cameras, and artificial intelligence to navigate urban areas and residential neighborhoods to deliver food, groceries, and small packages without a driver.

North America currently leads the market with a 32.1% share, followed by the Asia-Pacific region at 25%, which is expected to be the fastest-growing area. The European market remains in a developmental stage, with expansion dependent on infrastructure integration and urban mobility regulations.
