Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy graduates 2025/2026 cohort
The Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy (LJLA) held a ceremony in Ikeja to celebrate the graduation of its 2025/2026 cohort and the induction of 30 new fellows for the 2026/2027 fellowship year. The graduating group, referred to as the ‘Class of Catalysts’, received certificates of completion for their training in leadership and public service.
During the event, Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu urged the graduates to use their training to drive positive change and strengthen leadership throughout Nigeria. He emphasized that the academy was established to bridge the gap between the ambitions of young Nigerians and the practical realities of public sector leadership. Sanwo-Olu noted that the academy is intended to serve as a permanent institution for Lagos State, designed to outlast his current administration.
