Latham & Watkins appoints new partners in Hong Kong

Latham & Watkins LLP has announced the addition of partners Grace Huang and Edward Freeman to its Hong Kong office. The move is intended to strengthen the firm’s transactional platform in Asia, specifically within the capital markets and M&A sectors.

Grace Huang joins the Capital Markets Practice, bringing expertise in complex primary, secondary, and SPAC listings. She also holds positions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Listing Review Committee and the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission’s Takeovers and Mergers Panel and Appeal Committee. Edward Freeman joins the M&A and Private Equity Practice, focusing on sophisticated cross-border transactions.
