Latham & Watkins expands global practices with new partner hires

Latham & Watkins LLP has announced the addition of two experienced partners to its global practice groups in Washington, D.C. and London.

In Washington, D.C., Ryan Plasky has joined the Banking & Private Credit Practice. Plasky specializes in fund finance and asset-based financing products, advising private equity sponsors, investment banks, and hedge funds on leveraged financing transactions, including subscription, NAV, and hybrid facilities.

In London, Patrick Hennessy has joined the Real Estate Practice from Gibson Dunn. Hennessy focuses on the intersection of real estate and private equity, handling cross-border M&A, leveraged buyouts, and joint ventures across the U.K., Europe, and Asia, with specific expertise in data center transactions.
