Latidos del Campo national photography and video contest opens

The third edition of the national photography and video contest, ‘Latidos del Campo’ (Heartbeats of the Countryside), has opened its call for entries. Organized by the Asociación Mexicana de Periodistas y Directores de Medios Agropecuarios (AMEXMA) in partnership with the Consejo Nacional Agropecuario (CNA) and the Tierra Fértil platform, the event aims to capture the human element of Mexican agriculture.

For the first time, the competition has a national scope, accepting submissions from amateur or professional residents of Mexico aged 18 and older. Participants can submit up to three photographs and three videos, with photography and video judged as independent categories. Registration is free and remains open until October 31, 2026. The awards ceremony is scheduled for November 26 and 27 during the XXIII Global Agri-food Forum in Guadalajara.
