Latin American Academic Exchange Program opens 2027 calls

The Latin American Academic Exchange Program (PILA) has opened calls for student mobility for the first semester of 2027. The program is a collaborative initiative involving university associations from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, Mexico, Nicaragua, Paraguay, and Uruguay.

At the Universidad Nacional de Misiones (UNaM) Faculty of Economic Sciences, students can apply for the virtual PILA modality. Requirements include being a regular student with at least 20% of the degree completed. Eligible disciplines include Administration and Management, as well as Economics, Business, and Accounting.

The Universidad de la República (Udelar) is offering in-person academic mobility. Eligible students must be regular undergraduates who have completed at least 40% of their degree. Under this arrangement, Udelar covers travel and insurance, while the host university provides accommodation and meals. The application deadline for Udelar students is October 8, 2026.
