Latin American musical acts announce upcoming tours and performances
Several Latin American musical acts are announcing upcoming performances and tours across South America.
In Brazil, the Chilean group Macha y El Bosque Depresivo is scheduled to perform at the Sol y Sombra bar in São Paulo on September 3. Led by Aldo ‘Macha’ Asenjo, the project features a repertoire blending various Latin American traditions, including Chilean cebolla, Peruvian waltz, and Cuban son.
Additionally, the Argentine reggae band Los Cafres will perform in São Paulo at Cine Joia as part of the MUCHO! Ciudad Sonora festival. The concert is part of their ‘Los Cafres Hoy 3 Décadas’ celebratory tour.
In Chile, the duo Yorka, consisting of sisters Daniela and Yorka Pastenes, has announced a national tour through September and October. The tour will include stops in Santiago, Valparaíso, and several other cities, serving as a platform to preview material from their upcoming album.
