Latin American musical groups release new albums

Catalina y Las Bordonas de Oro have released their third album, ‘La alegría de los que lloran’. The work explores themes of nostalgia, loss, and hope through a Latin American musical lens. The album features collaborations with artists including María José Quintanilla, Los Vásquez, Gepe, and Joe Vasconcellos. The group plans to embark on a tour across various regions of Chile, concluding on December 11 at the Teatro Caupolicán.

Meanwhile, the band Las Pelotas has released a new album titled ‘Sin la piel’. This work moves toward a more introspective and existentialist sound compared to their earlier, more aggressive style. The album addresses modern issues such as artificiality in social media and neoliberalism, utilizing a more sophisticated and melodic approach to philosophical questioning.
