Latin artists Gian Marco and Juan Fernando Velasco announce new musical projects

Peruvian singer-songwriter Gian Marco is returning to Lima from November 6 to 8 to promote his new salsa-influenced album, ‘Bajo La Manga’. His upcoming performances include a show at La Casa de la Salsa with various tropical music artists, a free event in Callao, and a concert at Barranco Bar. Gian Marco was also nominated for Composer of the Year at the 2026 HEAT Latin Music Awards.

Ecuadorian artist Juan Fernando Velasco is preparing for several professional milestones, including a concert in Quito on November 7 at the Coliseo General Rumiñahui alongside the artist Marqués. Velasco is currently recording a new album and has co-founded the artistic company Sonido Distrito Sur to promote Ecuadorian talent. Additionally, his project ‘Julio Eterno’ has received a nomination for Album of the Year at the HEAT Latin Music Awards, with the ceremony scheduled for November 5 in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
