Latina administration clarifies Stadio Francioni management

The administration of Latina has addressed recent protests regarding the management of the Stadio Francioni and the Gino Bondioli sports field. Mayor Matilde Celentano and Sports Councilor Andrea Chiarato held a press conference to clarify ongoing administrative procedures and upcoming tenders for the facilities.

Councilor Chiarato confirmed that a twenty-year European tender is underway for the Stadio Francioni. He assured the public that Latina Calcio will continue to play its matches at the Francioni stadium, noting that current authorizations and planning support this. Chiarato denied allegations of irregularity or lack of transparency, stating that the administration is following all rules and inviting any concerns regarding the procedures to be reported to the Public Prosecutor's Office.
