Latina murder investigation: 16-year-old accused of killing Ibrahim Dibba

Authorities in Latina are conducting an autopsy on 27-year-old Ibrahim Dibba, who was killed in a shooting on Viale XXIV Maggio. The Prosecutor's Office for Minors has described the killing as an “efferate” (heinous) crime that has caused significant social alarm.

A 16-year-old member of the Di Silvio clan has been arrested and faces charges of premeditated and multiple-aggravated voluntary homicide. Investigators allege the crime was not an impulse act but was planned, citing the use of a rental car to reach the scene, the preparation of weapons, and reconnaissance of the victim's frequent locations.

The motive is linked to a dispute from the previous day involving an unpaid service and a physical altercation. Additional charges include the illegal possession of a firearm and the distribution of crack cocaine. A third suspect has also been identified by investigators.
