The Latvian U23 national 3x3 basketball teams have advanced to the quarter-finals of the FIBA 3x3 U23 World Cup held in Wuhan, China.

The women’s team secured second place in Group C after victories against Uganda (21:8) and Tonga (21:4), following a loss to Spain. The roster includes Ieva Korzāne, Marta Daniela Leimane, Adelīna Urtāne, and Enija Ķīvīte. They are scheduled to face France in the quarter-finals.

The men’s team finished second in Group B, securing their spot after defeating New Zealand (21:16), Egypt (21:9), and the Philippines (21:11), with a loss to Spain (12:18). The men’s squad, featuring Mārtiņš Bumbieris, Kristofers Karlsons, Dāvis Skreivers, and Mārtiņš Evarts Zviedris, will face the United States in the quarter-finals.
