Laura Abla named Style Idol of the Year at Vienna Awards

Influencer and content creator Laura Abla was honored as ‘Style Idol of the Year’ at the 16th annual Vienna Awards for Fashion & Lifestyle. Held at the Hofburg in Vienna on October 21, 2026, the event focused on the theme ‘Women are’, celebrating prominent figures in fashion, culture, and lifestyle.

During the ceremony, Kerstin Weng, Head of Editorial Content at VOGUE Germany, delivered a laudatory speech describing Abla’s transition from a young girl with an interest in fashion to a highly successful fashion content creator with a significant presence on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and through her own podcast. Abla noted that this award marks her first professional accolade.

Other recipients at the event included Nadja Auermann, named ‘Icon of the Century’, designer Jasmin Erbas as ‘Designer of the Year’, Ursula Karven for ‘Female Empowerment of the Year’, and Henry Samuel as ‘Model of the Year’. Additionally, VOGUE Austria received the ‘Magazine of the Year’ award.
