Laura Bozzo hospitalized with severe medical complications

Peruvian television host Laura Bozzo is in critical condition at the Hospital General de México in Mexico City. Following an emergency surgery in Acapulco to treat a perforated duodenal ulcer, medical reports suggest she has developed peritonitis and septic shock.

According to information reported by the program ‘Venga la Alegría’, Bozzo is facing multiple severe complications, including pneumonia, pulmonary hypertension, a left lung collapse, and bronchial wall lesions. The reports also indicate she has an enlarged heart and cysts on her kidneys and liver. Due to the severity of her respiratory condition, she is reportedly intubated and receiving mechanical ventilation.

Bozzo’s assistant, Aarón Guerrero, previously noted that while she had shown signs of positive evolution, her condition remains delicate. Her daughters, Victoria and Alejandra, have requested privacy and silence from the press during this time. The family has not officially confirmed or denied the specific diagnoses released by media outlets.
