Laura Cosoi welcomes fifth daughter Nina in Romania

Actress Laura Cosoi gave birth to her fifth child, a girl named Nina Elisabeta, on 30 July. The baby arrived naturally, weighing 4.4 kg. Cosoi explained on Instagram that the name was chosen intuitively, writing, “Nina Elisabeta. Pur și simplu așa am simțit și am știut că i se potrivește!”

She described the labor beginning at home while her husband, Cosmin Curticăpean, was assembling a wardrobe in the yard. Cosoi recounted how her four older daughters instinctively hugged and comforted her during the contractions, a moment she said highlighted a “force of femininity” shared across generations. The actress reflected on the deep emotional significance of the experience and thanked followers for their support.
