Laura Pausini to release cover of Raf single

Singer Laura Pausini has announced the release of her new single, ‘Siamo soli nell’immenso vuoto che c’è’, scheduled for release on September 4, 2026. The track is a cover of a 1991 song originally released by Raf, written by Raf and Beppe Dati.

The song, which explores themes of existential solitude, was originally part of Raf’s album ‘Sogni… è tutto quello che c’è’. The collaboration highlights a long-standing professional relationship between the two artists; Raf was the sole guest on Pausini’s debut album in 1993.

This new version will be included in the digital tracklist for ‘Io canto 2’ and coincides with Pausini’s ‘Io Canto / Yo Canto World Tour’ planned for 2026 and 2027.
