Laura Ubfal criticizes José María Listorti over remarks about Marta Fort

Journalist Laura Ubfal has publicly criticized television host José María Listorti following his reaction to comments made by Marta Fort during a discussion on television regarding hegemonic body standards.

During an episode of the program Blender, Ubfal reproached Listorti and his panel for laughing at Fort, a 22-year-old, rather than engaging in a serious debate. Ubfal expressed frustration that the panel's behavior turned a potentially interesting topic into what she described as “idiocy.”

Ubfal specifically addressed Listorti's attempt to defend Fort, questioning his motives and suggesting that Fort possesses better hosting capabilities than he does. While acknowledging Listorti's talent, she stated that his tendency to laugh at such situations makes the participants look “stupid.”
