Lauren Graham partners with Bob's Red Mill for gluten-free baking campaign

Actress Lauren Graham has partnered with Bob's Red Mill for the second year of the company's ‘Moregetherness’ campaign. Graham, who manages celiac disease, shared a recipe for gluten-free banana coffee cake muffins using the brand's 1-to-1 baking flour.

In discussions regarding her dietary needs, Graham noted that gluten-free baking can sometimes result in undesirable textures, but expressed satisfaction with the quality of the flour used in her recipe. She also reflected on her experience as an actress, noting shared snacking habits with her character from ‘Gilmore Girls’.
