Laurence Hurni appointed regional director of France Travail Île-de-France
Laurence Hurni has assumed the role of regional director for France Travail Île-de-France, succeeding Nadine Crinier, who has retired. Hurni previously served as the regional director of France Travail Normandie.
Her strategic roadmap focuses on transitioning the organization from a reactive model to a proactive one through the “France Travail Pro” initiative. This approach aims to anticipate the skill requirements of businesses and strengthen partnerships with the economic sector to better address recruitment needs in France’s leading economic region.
Hurni brings extensive experience from the private sector, including leadership roles at Adecco Training, Afpa, and Apec Île-de-France. She will oversee a large workforce consisting of approximately 1,000 employees dedicated to business support and 4,800 professionals assisting job seekers across 125 agencies in the Île-de-France territory.
