Laurez Moreira strengthens political ties with Lula in Brasília

Laurez Moreira, the Vice-Governor of Tocantins and PSD candidate for the state government, conducted a series of political meetings in Brasília to strengthen ties with the federal government. A central part of his agenda included a meeting with President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva and participation in campaign recordings alongside the President.

Moreira also met with several national political figures, including Planning Minister Simone Tebet, Renan Filho, and João Campos. These discussions focused on state interests for Tocantins, specifically regarding infrastructure, housing, health, and education. The candidate's political movement aims to leverage the partnership with the federal administration to secure investments and development for the state.

Moreira is running as part of a coalition that includes the PT, PSB, PDT, PV, and PCdoB, positioning him as the primary candidate aligned with the Lula administration for the Tocantins governorship.
