Laurimar and Temora secure grand final spots

In the Northern Football Netball League, Laurimar secured a place in the division 3 grand final following a 56-point victory over Watsonia. Both the seniors and reserves teams achieved identical winning margins to book a rematch against Ivanhoe. The senior match featured high-scoring performances from Patrick Fitzgerald and Cameron Cloke, who both kicked eight goals.

In separate regional competition, Temora secured a spot in their grand final against Marrar after a second-half comeback against Barellan. Despite trailing by four goals at half-time, Temora managed a 42-36 win. Co-coach Abbey Reinhold attributed the victory to the team remaining composed during the break and playing cohesively in the third quarter.
