Lauterbach and Arminia Klosterhardt win promotions in German football

On June 26, VfL Lauterbach secured a 4‑1 home victory over SG Nüsttal/Dammersbach in the Kreisoberliga promotion round, moving the club closer to promotion. Goals were scored by Caner Akkus (30’ and 88’), Can Kahraman (37’), Burak Ilgar (48’) and Laurin Möller (54’) in front of roughly 500 spectators.

DJK Arminia Klosterhardt earned direct promotion back to the Landesliga after a 2‑0 win over Vogelheimer SV on the final Bezirksliga matchday. Jan‑Niklas Piam scored the decisive goal in the 72nd minute, and the team withstood pressure from Rot‑Weiss Essen II. More than 500 fans attended the match at the Estadio, ending a season that saw the club return to a higher league after a previous relegation.
