Lavazza named Italy’s top employer for second consecutive year

Lavazza has secured the top position in the Italy’s Best Employers 2027 rankings for the second consecutive year, achieving a perfect score of 10. The study, conducted by Statista in collaboration with Corriere della Sera, is based on approximately 300,000 responses from 20,000 employees across 5,000 companies. The ranking focuses on employee sentiment, specifically the willingness of workers to recommend their employer, rather than salary or revenue.

Following Lavazza, De Cecco and FinecoBank both earned scores of 9.68. Other notable entries in the top ten include the Fondazione IRCCS Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori (9.60), Gabetti (9.55), the Accademia delle Belle Arti di Napoli (9.55), Banca d’Italia (9.52), Roche (9.51), and Thales Alenia Space.

In separate human resources news, Gruppo Magis has received the Top Employers 2026 certification from the Top Employers Institute. This certification recognizes the company as one of 154 certified entities in Italy, following an evaluation of its leadership, training, digitalization, and sustainability practices.
