Brindisi authorities issue urban Daspo orders following Ostuni brawl

The Questore of Brindisi has issued four urban Daspo (Daspo urbano) orders against several young individuals following a violent brawl that occurred last June near a bar in the historic center of Ostuni.

Following investigations by the Ostuni Police Commissariat, authorities reconstructed the incident and identified the participants. In addition to potential criminal charges, the Brindisi Police Headquarters' Anti-Crime Division identified danger profiles that prompted these preventive measures. The orders prohibit the individuals from accessing certain urban areas, public venues, or establishments for security reasons. Two of the individuals are banned for one year, while the other two, who were already listed in the Ministry of the Interior's databases, face a two-year ban.
