Lavvi and Millennium bcp announce share buyback programs

Lavvi has approved a capital management program to repurchase up to 7.4 million of its own ordinary shares. The program, effective from August 10, 2026, is scheduled to run for 18 months, concluding on February 10, 2028. The company intends to use this mechanism to maximize shareholder value and signal confidence in its future value generation.

In Portugal, Millennium bcp announced the purchase of 16.4 million shares between August 3 and August 7, 2026, through J. P. Morgan SE. This action is part of a broader buyback program that has already seen the bank spend 123 million euros to acquire over 118 million shares, representing 0.80% of its share capital. Following record profits, the bank aims to distribute up to 90% of its annual net income to shareholders through a combination of dividends and expanded share buybacks.
