Law enforcement agencies in Trinidad and Tobago and Pakistan have conducted significant narcotics seizures during separate anti-crime operations.

In Port-of-Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, police seized approximately 2.2 kilograms of cannabis during ‘Operation B.L.A.S.T.’ The operation, which involved multiple police units and a canine unit, targeted three locations: an abandoned apartment at Harpe Place, People's Mall on Henry Street, and a bushy area at Jackson Place. No arrests were reported.

In Pakistan, customs authorities seized 1,200 kilograms of hashish near the M-2 motorway, with an estimated international market value of Rs540 crore. The raid, conducted by the Federal Board of Revenue's anti-smuggling squad, also recovered 100kg of poppy seeds, firearms, and a Toyota Prado used for transport. Suspects fled the scene, and an investigation is ongoing under the Control of Narcotic Substances Act 1997 and the Customs Act 1969.
