Law enforcement officials in Pennsylvania face criminal charges

Two separate criminal investigations in Pennsylvania have led to charges against individuals involving the abuse of minors and sexual misconduct.

In Bucks County, District Attorney Joe Khan announced new charges against Edward A. Eisenhard, accused of being a serial sexual predator. The charges include the strangulation and indecent assault of an employee at the Valley of Fear Halloween attraction, as well as the repeated abuse of a 12-year-old child. Eisenhard was previously arrested following an investigation into an aggravated indecent assault at a Five Below store where he worked as a manager.

In Delaware County, Chester police officer Leon Paparo faces over 100 charges related to alleged child sexual abuse material, invasion of privacy, and unlawful use of a computer. The charges surfaced after a routine audit of the Pennsylvania Justice Network (JNET) uncovered suspicious searches. Investigators allege that a search of Paparo’s phone revealed passcode-protected folders containing sexual images of women and a 16-year-old girl.
