Experts highlight that the core issue is not the technology itself but the translation of legal tasks into clear AI instructions. A proposed C.L.A.U.S.E. prompting framework aims to give lawyers a repeatable structure for crafting effective prompts, reducing reliance on generic prompt libraries and improving AI “muscle memory.”
