Law Minister accuses BNP leaders of conspiracy in Satkhira

Law Minister Md. Asaduzzaman has accused certain leaders and activists of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) of engaging in secret conspiracies that led to the party's defeat in four parliamentary seats in Satkhira during the last election.

Speaking at a meeting organized by the Satkhira District BNP, the Law Minister claimed that while these individuals appeared to be part of the party by day, they held clandestine meetings at night to undermine their own candidates. He stated that he possesses records of these activities and is prepared to hold one-on-one discussions with those involved.

Asaduzzaman urged party members to adhere to organizational decisions and support official nominees to preserve the party's integrity and their own political legacies. He further warned that any involvement in extortion, illegal occupation, or activities that damage the party's image would result in being handed over to legal authorities.
