Lawmaker Donland Ojogo escapes injury in Ondo State road accident

Donland Ojogo, the lawmaker representing the Ilaje/Ese-Odo Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, escaped unhurt following a road accident on the Ore–Ondo highway in Ondo State.

The crash occurred on Saturday while Ojogo and his team were traveling to Arogbo in the Ese-Odo Local Government Area for a political engagement. The accident was reportedly caused by a commercial bus attempting a dangerous overtaking maneuver, which led to a collision with an oncoming vehicle.

While Ojogo was not seriously injured, several members of his entourage sustained injuries and were transported to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. Following the incident, Ojogo attributed the crash to the reckless driving of the bus driver and urged motorists to exercise caution on busy highways to prevent similar tragedies.
